in bu liang xiao hua..

the show is funny..
its my first time watching xiao zhong and lin yi chen acting..
i didnt watch 恶作剧之吻 at all. haha

they finished fliming in 35 days only!

its a long time since i last cook a proper meal..
i tink since mothers day. haha

There is mushrooms from food fair..
so i cooked them.. haha...
my bro took pictures will we were preparing and cooking..
i took some too..

went groceries shopping that day...
got POTATOES!
mushroom + potato... .. cant think of wat..
mashed potato ..... then?
oyster sauce mushroom? ( like the one@food fair )
then i saw CHEESE!

so everything came in place!
mushroomSSS + Potato + CHEESE = 2 dishes.
hahahaha.. i dont look at recipe..
just FEEL and do!
edible but might not look acceptable..
such dishes no need recipe la-.-

i seperate the garlic into two...
then added all the mushrooms in...
oyster sauce..
pepper...
stir fry them....

POOF!
its done..

garlic.. onions..carrots.. mushroom.. soya sauce..


Boiled and mashed potatoes..


gonna mix them up!
adding pepper.. soya sauce.

normally..
if i do this there isnt cheese..
no carrots.. no mushroom..
just spring onions and onions...
of course pepper and soya sauce..

i tried putting some egg white too!
and mix in..
it sticks the potatoes together!
so they are still intact when im frying it.
i was just trying out..
:P

make the mixture into a flat piece..
put in 1/4 cheese..
then cover the cheese up!

then PAN FRIED..
haha didnt deep fry it.

VERY NICE!
