no proteins!

had diarrhoea since yesterday...
more than 10 times a day...
couldnt study SPA and do work in peace yesterday!
so freaking sian can!

i didnt go see doc yesterday.
cause i didnt know that its so serious!
nvr felt that terrible before!

todays SPA was ok.
i keep thinking i got to write minimum 6!
then i wrote very fast n messy for skill D.
cuz i left with less thatn 15 minutes!
i wrote 5 messy points with no diagram..
mati! hopes its ok ba.

i went to GO to sign out.
i said i got diarrhoea..
the clerk say"diarrhoea still come school."
not bcuz of SPA i wont go liao. haha.

when i reach the clinic, i got no 33.
and it is only no 14=.=
waited for 2 hours odd...
here is the weird part.
cuz i didnt eat anything for breakfast.
scared that i will go to toilet during SPA..
haha...
the doc ask what i ate.
i told him egg mayo bread...
from the bakery near the clinic.
he said..
YOU CANT EAT THAT!=.=
i was shocked!...
he said no protein product..
milk, meat egg all cannot eat.
he say eat carbo only-.- faints.

im given a few medicine and CHARCOAL PILLS
haha so black-.-
like real charcoal leh.
zzzz. imagine putting the charcoal use for BBQ into the body
okay lame. haha.

wish that im okay by tmr ba.
